The City of Punta Gorda will be receiving sealed submittal responses at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey Street, 2nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 from qualified bidders for:
SCOPE: Qualified and experienced Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and all appurtenances for fabrication and installation of interior wayfinding signs for City Buildings.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATION: State of Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC), or Certified Building Contractor (CBC), or Registered General Contractor (RG), or Registered Building Contractor, or City of Punta Gorda, Certificate of Competency - Sign Contractor is required to perform services for this project.
Solicitation Package Protest deadline: 7/18/2019 at 3:00 pm ET
NON-Mandatory Pre-submittal Conference with Site Visit immediately after: 7/23/2019 at 10:00 am ET at Procurement Conference Room, 126 Harvey St – 2nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL
Site Visit Schedule: Bidder may attend at least one of the scheduled site visits. The City will not conduct visits outside of this schedule): 7/23/2019 at 10:00 am ET (immediately after Pre-submittal conference and 7/26/2019 at 11.00 am ET.
Inquiry and Clarification Request deadline: 7/29/2019 at 3:00 PM ET
Submittal due date and time: August 5, 2019 at 3:00 PM ET or as may be amended by the subsequent issuance of addenda. Submittal packages will be opened in public at 126 Harvey Street, 2nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL.
