The City of Punta Gorda will be receiving submittal packages at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey Street, 2nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 from qualified bidders for:
SCOPE: The City desires to contract with a qualified printing company for the printing, binding, folding, addressing and boxing of the Charlotte Harbor National Estuary Program’s (CHNEP) 2020 Calendar, which will also include the Fall issue of the Harbor Happenings magazine. Services will also include distribution of the publication by delivery, shipping and mailing.
This contract and issued services/commodities will be in full accordance with Federal Uniform Guidance, 2 CFR 200.
Solicitation Package Protest deadline: August 8, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. ET
Inquiry and Clarification Request deadline: August 13, 2019 at 3:00 PM ET
Submittal due date and time: August 15, 2019 at 3:00 PM ET or as may be amended by the subsequent issuance of addenda.
Solicitation documents may be obtained through www.pgorda.com – Open Bids for City of Punta Gorda, Title: #Q2018120/PRT-CALENDAR20/CHNEP. Vendor registration is free. All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to the Procurement contact.
The City will not address any questions/inquiries submitted on-line concerning this solicitation posted on www.publicpurchase.com, www.thebluebook.com or any other website.

Bidders who obtain Solicitation Packages from sources other than www.pgorda.com shall officially register receipt of the solicitation with the City’s Procurement Division through the website by viewing the On-Line Solicitation AND accept receipt of each document attached to the solicitation. This will place the Bidder on the notification list for any forthcoming addendum or other official communications. Failure to register as a prospective Bidder and/or accept receipt of each document may cause your Submittal Package to be rejected as non-responsive if you have submitted a Submittal Package without City issued forms and/or acknowledgment of issued addenda and/or meet the Solicitation Package requirements as provided by the City.
