Refuse/Garbage, Yardwaste, and Curbside Recycling Collection

Refuse/garbage must be placed at the curb of your property by 6:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day, no earlier than 24 hours before the schedueled pickup day.. Containers shall not exceed 32 gallons in size or 35 pounds in weight, and refuse should be bagged inside the container. Construction material will not be collectedand disposal should be arranged by the contractor or homeowner doing the work.

Yardwaste is collected once each week and must be placed at the curb of your property by 6:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day. Limbs, branches, palm fronds, etc. shall not exceed 4” in diameter or 4’ in length, and must be tied/bundled. Shrubbery, clippings, leaves, etc. must be placed in containers which shall not exceed 32 gallons in size or 35 pounds in weight. Yardwaste cannot be placed in plastic bags and shall not be placed in the roadway or on vacant property.

Curbside recycling is collected once each week for clear, green, and brown glass, newspaper and corrugated cardboard, plastic bottles codes 1 & 2, steel and aluminum cans. Recycling bins must be at the curb of your property by 6:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day.
