Burnt Store Road Project Lane Closures

• Alligator Creek Bridge reopened - The Alligator Creek Bridge on Burnt Store Road, between US 41 and Acline Road, has been reopened to traffic. Consequently, the detour down Acline Road, from Burnt Store Road to US 41, has been removed. The detour for the North Jones Loop Road closure, from US 41 to Taylor Road on Acline Road, is still in effect.
  
  Motorists are encouraged to exercise caution throughout the construction area.
  
  
• Road Shift at Burnt Store Road, between the Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center and the south end of the project - Southbound motorists will be shifted onto the new alignment at the Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center, continuing to the end of the project. Northbound motorists will be shifted to the new alignment beginning at the south end of the project and shifted back to the old alignment just south of the Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center. The speed limit throughout the project is 35 mph.
