Facilities Maintenance

freeman house The Facilities Maintenance Division is responsible for providing routine maintenance to all City buildings. The division prepares preventative maintenance programs that ensure high serviceability of building and communications infrastructure. The division also provides contract administration and project management for city building rehabilitation or replacement and provides electrical maintenance for buildings and street/park decorator lights.
