To report a problem with water or sewer during normal business hours (8:00am through 4:30pm) Monday through Friday please phone 941-575-3339.

To report a problem with water or sewer after normal business hours or on holidays please phone 941-575-5070.

If a major water break occurs, Utilities personnel will post a recorded message on the emergency contact phone number describing the area involved in the water outage, what is being done to repair the problem, and an estimate of when water or sewer service will be restored. A Code Red may also be issued for the water break depending on the location and number of customers affected.

Crews repairing the line will notify customers in person and/or by means of door hangers if a precautionary boil water notice is issued. The boil water notice contains information concerning the use of your water.
