Evidence, Property & Crime Scene Technician
The Evidence, Property, and Crime Scene Section is overseen by the Support Services Division Commander and administered by Sam Marotti, the Evidence, Property, and Crime Scene Technician. This section is responsible for the following:
- Evidence: The Evidence, Property, and Crime Scene Technician is responsible for the processing, handling, storage, and proper disposal of all of the department's criminal evidence and found or recovered property.
- Property: The Evidence, Property, and Crime Scene Technician serves as the Quartermaster for the department and is responsible for all department property and equipment.
- Crime Scene: The Evidence, Property, and Crime Scene Technician responds to crime scenes in order to collect and process evidence.
