DESCRIPTION:<p><b><i>Donation Review Committee</i></b> <b>-</b> Meets at 10:00 a.m. in the temporary City Council Chambers at the Gulf Theater, Military Heritage Museum. on the 4<sup>th</sup> Thursday of January, April, July and October, or as needed, immediately following the meeting of the Historic Preservation Advisory Board (HPAB).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Five-member committee consisting of three representatives from HPAB, one of which shall be the HPAB Chairman, and one representative of a local non-profit organization concerned with the history of Punta Gorda and one representative of a local organization concerned with the arts.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>HPAB appointees shall serve terms coinciding with their terms of appointment on the HPAB. City Council appointees shall serve three-year terms and may be reappointed to a maximum of two additional consecutive three-year terms.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Charged with review of all non-monetary gift donation proposals/letters of intent received by the City, in accordance with the review process and established criteria identified in the Non-Monetary Donation Policy. Makes recommendations to the City Council for the acceptance or rejection of non-monetary gift donations.</p>
