Herald Court Centre is a combination of 400-parking spaces in a four-level parking garage and a retail center on the first floor with 17,000 square feet of space. The facility is located adjacent to the historic county courthouse. In addition to serving the parking needs of the downtown area, the top floor of the parking garage is rented out for events.
