Project Scope:
• Demolition and removal of existing court fencing
• Installation of new perimeter fencing
• Resurfacing of tennis and pickleball courts
Important Notice: Both tennis and pickleball courts will be closed to the public during construction starting on March 16, 2026 to ensure the safety of residents and construction personnel.

Project Timeline: The rehabilitation is expected to take approximately 30 days, though the schedule may be impacted by permitting processes and weather conditions.
