Regular, full-time employees as specified in the City’s Personnel Rules and Regulations, who were hired on or after October 1, 2024, are eligible to participate in the City's General Employee Pension Plan. This plan is administered by Foster & Foster. This Plan is only available to general employees. For information regarding Fire and Police retirement systems, see below.
